• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion mit Fokus auf Payroll, Time-Management und HR-Prozesse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Erfahrung im Recruiting und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Recruitingplattformen und -prozessen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie ein professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
• Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datev

• Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personal- und abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
• Vorbereitung und Schnittstellenmanagement zur Entgeltabrechnung in enger Abstimmung mit dem externen Dienstleister
• Eigenständige Steuerung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses
• Erhebung und Auswertung von HR-Kennzahlen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Life Cycle
• Personaladministration und operative Personalarbeit
