- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ECC (preferred), SAP Concur
- Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage

- HR reporting activities for Austria (Rankweil), travel expense validation and administration within SAP Concur and main contact person for employees and travelers regarding travel-related inquiries.
- Close collaboration with the Global Reporting Specialist to ensure alignment with global reporting standards and collaborates with the Finance team in Rankweil to ensure compliant and efficient travel expense processes.
- Prepare and maintain local HR reports and dashboards for Rankweil (RW)
- Support data validation and reporting activities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Validate and review travel expense reports in SAP Concur according to internal policies and guidelines
- Support for employees in the usage of SAP Concur and travel expense processes and provide guidance on internal travel policies and procedures
- First point of contact for employees and travelers regarding travel-related questions and administrative support
- Coordinate closely with external providers, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders when required
- Contribute to process standardization and operational excellence
