• University degree - IT (technical studies or an equivalent field)
• Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
• Experience – in IT System Engineer or in a comparable role
• Experience in client administration (Clients, Collaboration-Devices, Scanners, Printers, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments; knowledge of other IT environments is also welcomed
• High affinity for technical challenges and interest in new technology approaches
• Willigness to take over responsibilities in a global environment/team

• Operate, optimize and further develop our global client and service environment;
• Rethink estabilished solutions and design new approaches based on internal and business requirements;
• Focus on requirements to deploy, request to fulfill, and detect to correct activities;
• Support and enhance the global team with global responsibilities and approaches;
• Work on global projects driven by IT or internal business stakeholders;
• Take responsibility for and support in client and service environment like (MDM solutions, ITSM system administration, CAX-Services, etc.).
