The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

- Technische Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Mechanik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige, kooperative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- SAP Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

- Mitarbeit in der Produkt-, Prozess- und Verfahrensentwicklung im Rahmen des Produktenstehungsprozesses
- Erstellen von ersten Prototypen und Musterteilen für interne und externe Kunden
- Arbeiten mit Analyseverfahren und Erstellen von Dokumentationen während der Musterphase
- Betreuung und Organisation der Projekte in der Produktion bis hin zur Serienreife
- Schulen und Trainieren der Fertigungsmitarbeiter in den neuen Prozessen und Verfahrenstechniken
- Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung der Produktionsanläufe im Serienwerk (Global)
