University degree - IT (technical studies or an equivalent field)
Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Knowledge of IT technologies (hardware, software)
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Computer software diagnostics and troubleshooting
Is up-to-date with new technologies

#ChallengeCheck

Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for hardware and software incidents via phone, email or ticketing system;
Monitoring and resolving requests logged in the ticketing system according to established SLAs;
Install and configure workstations, peripheral equipment and standard applications;
Reset passwords and administer user accounts in Active Directory / Microsoft 365;
Redirection and escalation of complex incidents to higher levels of support;
Updating technical documentation and internal knowledge bases;
Ensuring smooth operation of IT equipment - server, notebook, conference rooms.
