As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

#ChallengeCheck

Performing laboratory tests (technical cleanliness) according to internal and external customer requirements;
Preparing technical cleanliness analysis reports according to internal procedures and instructions.
Knowing and applying relevant standards (e.g., ISO 16232, VDA 19, ISO 4406 for fluids);
Understanding particle types (metallic, non-metallic, fibers, liquid residues) and their impact on components;
Washing, ultrasound, and vacuum methods for extracting particles from samples.
Using optical microscopes to identify and classify particles;
Using high-precision analytical balances.
