University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Programming languages: Python (application development, data processing, system integration)
Hands-on experience with industrial protocols OPC-UA and MQTT
Database knowledge (PostgreSQL): querying, data modelling, and query optimization
Analytical and logical thinking
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong communication and collaboration skills

System Architecture and Digitalization: Continuous development and optimization of in-house system architectures for real-time data collection, processing, and analysis in the production environment; ensuring global scalability and flexibility of the systems
Concept Development and Integration: Designing IT services based on machine concepts and business processes; integration of equipment/machines/sensors for data processing and process control into our server architecture.
Supplier Management and Coordination: acting as an interface between IT and business departments to ensure smooth system integration; Contacting suppliers and internal stakeholders to verify data quality about project requirements and internal IT standards.
IT Standards and System Integration: Implementation and monitoring of IT standards on the shopfloor level.
Employee Support and Knowledge Transfer: Training and supporting employees in the use of established systems and solutions; Knowledge management and continuous improvement of internal system know-how.
