The integrated management system (IMS) ensures flawless product quality with advanced measurement technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory. As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

#ChallengeCheck

Monitoring and auditing the production department to identify non-conformities and participating in the corrective action closure process.
Ensuring that all members of the segment to which they belong are aware of the customer’s quality requirements and expectations so that these are met in all areas of activity.
Providing support to the production department in analyzing processes that do not add value (Return Material Authorization, remediation, scrap, sorting costs) with the aim of minimizing losses.
Continuously collect quality assurance-specific information (defect trends and analysis, testing data—test parameters, testing equipment performance, and quality assurance data, activity logs) to ensure compliance with the customer’s quality requirements and those specified in internal procedures.
Training operators on quality issues in the production lines/segment where they work through specific training so that each operator is trained and knows everything necessary to perform their job correctly.
Analyzing root causes and effectively implementing corrective actions using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 5M, CIP) so that lessons learned can be applied to similar processes and the same problem does not recur.
Installation of measuring equipment/systems (in the production area), participation in the development of user manuals for such equipment, in the preparation of MSA studies, and monitoring the calibration status of the equipment/systems to ensure that the production process is monitored in accordance with the requirements defined in the control plan.
