#ChallengeCheck

Modifying process documentation and ensuring the implementation of the changes from a process point of view in the production lines;
Starting sample orders when necessary (both for technical changes and follow-up tools);
Elaboration of internal change requests (from Targu Mures) together with the production process engineers. Make sure that change requests contain all the necessary information and are correctly elaborated while ensuring that they are completed and sent to RW on time;
Analyze and define actions where indicators are not achieved (together with the team);
Monitor and make sure that the workflows for follow-up tools are finalized as planned. Escalates to Project Manager in case of deviations.
