Professional experience in automotive quality management required
IATF16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 2, AIAG, Automotive Core Tools
Assertiveness with a confident manner and a high degree of initiative
Negotiation skills in project teams and with customers
Good written and spoken German and English skills

Ensuring customer requirements and standard specifications are met, from initial enquiry to series production
Participation in process and tool approvals and creation of specifications
Participation in project reviews and supervision of customer visits
Planning and conducting audits and coordinating sampling
Handling customer complaints in the project and pre-production phase, including initiating and tracking corrective measures
