  • Completed commercial training, possibly with further business administration training
  • Professional experience in materials management/logistics is an advantage
  • Secure negotiation of delivery dates and confident escalation management
  • Independent, cooperative and goal-oriented work style
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience with SAP systems and MS Office programs

#ChallengeCheck

  • Preparation and review of supplier orders and delivery schedules
  • Coordination and verification of order confirmations (quantity, date)
  • Ensuring and monitoring the timely availability of materials for production, customers and internal departments
  • Close communication with suppliers and internal interfaces to coordinate appointments
  • Monitoring of specific inventory levels, including rebooking or scrapping decisions
  • Support for outsourced manufacturing and coating processes, including shipping and capacity coordination
  • Review of series and pre-series requirements as well as creation of production orders in start-up and handover phases
  • Ensuring correct MRP and planning parameters for 0-series and series production
  • Monitoring and implementation of logistics-relevant start-up processes
