The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Integration der Kapazitätsmanagement -Software in den gesamten Geschäftsprozess sicherzustellen
• Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Initiierung von Schulungen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Kapazitätsplanung zu steigern
