Languages: English advanced work proficiency, German – advantage
Familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE application support, installation, and licensing.
Structured, detailed and documentation-oriented working style.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Matrix42 platform.
Design and maintenance of service catalog items, workflows, and process automation to support IT and business services.
Management of roles, permissions and access in line with the company’s Role Standardization Policy for Matrix42
Maintenance and improvement of the IT Asset Management integration – automated asset ingestion, data quality, lifecycle management, and prevention of duplicates.
Provide support for the CAx engineering applications used by design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot CAx software and the associated engineering workstations.
Contribution to Digital Workplace projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
