Professional experience in quality management
Assertiveness with a confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
Knowledge of various quality methods and tools
Good command of English, both spoken and written

#ChallengeCheck

Leading a small team
Quality interface for all project-related quality issues during the product launch at the manufacturing site
Responsible for internal product and process approval
Conducting internal audits and supporting customer audits
Coordination and handling of internal complaints according to the 8D methodology
Conducting statistical analyses and KPI monitoring
Coordination of sorting and disposal.
