• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with relevant additional qualifications
• Initial professional experience in payroll accounting with Datev, including income tax and social security law
• Independent, structured, and conscientious approach to work
• Confident use of MS Office

#ChallengeCheck

• Preparation of monthly payroll accounting in cooperation with the external service provider
• Performing administrative tasks in the HR department, such as maintaining master data, managing time recording, processing travel expense reports and preparing job references.
• Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and HR key indicators
• Advising and supporting employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources and payroll
• Support during the onboarding and offboarding process
