- Coordinating, developing, and evaluating the Order Fulfillment team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting the professional development of team members to achieve operational results;
- Ensuring efficient, demand-driven planning of material requirements, as well as coordinating procurement, production planning, and the availability of finished products;
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory management, with responsibility for meeting established inventory targets (stock levels, turnover, and excess reduction);
- Coordinating the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements;
- Working closely with the production, logistics, and procurement departments to align operational plans and prevent disruptions in the supply chain;
- Analyzing operational performance (specific KPIs: on-time delivery, planning accuracy, inventory levels) and implementing continuous improvement measures.
