• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Recht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Trade Compliance-, Zoll- oder Außenwirtschaftsumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Customs Compliance, Exportkontrolle, Sanktionen und internationalem Handelsrecht
• Erfahrung mit internationalen Projekten, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld (SAP GTS / SAP S/4HANA)
• Strategisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

#ChallengeCheck

• Overall strategic and technical responsibility for the Global Trade Compliance division
• Further development of the global trade compliance strategy as well as governance, policy, and organizational structures
• Ensuring global compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations (Customs, Export Control & Sanctions)
• Responsibility for tariff classification, customs value, country of origin, preferences, and foreign trade master data
• Standardization and Continuous Optimization of Global Import, Export, and Trade Compliance Processes
• Establishment and further development of a global compliance monitoring system, including KPI management and audits (ICS)
• Supporting international locations with complex foreign trade issues
• Management of external service providers and cooperation with customs authorities and relevant agencies
• Playing a key role in the implementation of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Close collaboration with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and the international production sites
