Proficiency in DP Payroll, SAP Success Factor, and True HR

Administrative tasks related to personnel organization and record-keeping in accordance with internal and legal requirements
Preparation of legal documents regarding employment relationships (creation, termination, and suspension of employment contracts)
Recording of time and attendance data for company employees in accordance with legal and internal requirements
Ensuring accurate recording of employees within internal structures in the time and attendance software
Verifying the accuracy of data regarding employees’ sick leave, entering it into the software, and preparing reports and files for reimbursement from FNUASS
Issuing income certificates and other documents proving employment at the request of direct and indirect production employees as well as TESA
Initiating, implementing, and monitoring improvement projects targeting processes under your responsibility
Tracking, recording, and distributing meal vouchers and gift cards in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
