University Degree
Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
Experience – Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Strong ITSM knowledge (ITIL preferred)
Experience with ITSM tools (Matrix42, ServiceNow, etc.)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with Matrix42 or other service catalog tools - an advantage
Proactive, assertive (“pushy”) mindset with strong ownership
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Experience with Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Open for travelling

Develop and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, SLA/KPI);
Drive standardization and governance across global IT teams;
Coordinate and work closely with global Service Desk operations and ensure consistent performance;
Monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, and service quality; Drive continuous improvement and ensure teams deliver results;
