• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Some work experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, common social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign)—or the motivation to learn quickly
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• You are a team player with an open, outgoing personality, a hands-on approach, a willingness to take the initiative, and a desire to tackle challenges

• Responsibility for our global social media channels—from content to performance
• Maintenance, co-creation, and further development of our online store and website
• Monitoring and reporting on our marketing and communications activities
• Support with the planning and execution of internal and external events
• Collaboration on a wide range of marketing and communications projects
• Creation of target-audience-specific content (copywriting) for online and offline channels
