Product and Process Development focuses on innovation and technical excellence. The team is dedicated to developing individual, technically complex solutions for the automotive industry and the field of micromobility, thus helping to shape the mobility of tomorrow. Managed from HQ, global processes are set up and implemented to drive innovation.

#SkillCheck

• Completed technical training (HTL/FH/UNI)
• Knowledge of plastics, mechanical or electrical engineering
• CAD knowledge (preferably CATIA V5)
• creative, innovative, team player
• High social and methodological competence, communication skills
• We require written and spoken English as well as organizational skills

#ChallengeCheck

• Development of sustainable plug connections, from the creative idea to the innovative series product
• Coordination of design and concept with core team, product management, specialist departments and suppliers
• Design of components with CAD (especially CATIA V5) and support of the development process
• Responsibility for component function and reliability in the automotive environment
