Descripción

In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

We are looking for committed employees who can strengthen our team with their expertise and problem-solving skills.

• A degree in business administration, finance, or controlling, or equivalent training
• Experience in controlling or a data-driven environment, ideally with a sales focus
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Excellent Excel skills, as well as experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in German and English, and a passion for presenting complex data in an understandable way

• You provide transparency regarding revenue, margins, and sales performance
• You analyze variances between planned and actual figures as well as forecasts, and develop specific actions based on them
• You will assist with budgeting and planning processes
• You identify opportunities and risks in customer, product, and market segments
• You evaluate pricing, terms, and profitability
• You will prepare ad hoc analyses for management and sales
• You will assist with credit and collection management (risk assessment, reporting, accounts receivable)
