Product and Process Development focuses on innovation and technical excellence. The team is dedicated to developing individual, technically complex solutions for the automotive industry and the field of micromobility, thus helping to shape the mobility of tomorrow. Managed from HQ, global processes are set up and implemented to drive innovation.

• Technicians specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics (university, technical college, HTL, etc.) or comparable technical training
• High level of organizational, methodological, and social skills
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel

• You are a project member in the quotation and product development process in the e-mobility segment.
• You play a key role in the development of technically robust and economically optimized manufacturing processes.
• You are responsible for industrialization—from the concept phase to series production readiness.
• You are responsible for the project planning, procurement, and acceptance of product-specific machines, systems, tools, and testing equipment.
• You are the global project coordinator for production and technology.
