The integrated management system (IMS) ensures flawless product quality with advanced measurement technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory. As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

#SkillCheck

• Completed technical or business-related education
• Many years of professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 2, AIAG, and Automotive Core Tools
• Confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

#ChallengeCheck

• Ensuring customer requirements and compliance with standards from the inquiry phase through to series production
• Participation in process and tool approvals as well as preparation of specifications (requirements specifications)
• Participation in project reviews and support of customer visits
• Planning and conducting audits as well as coordination of initial sampling
• Handling customer complaints during the project and pre-series phases, including initiation and tracking of corrective actions
