The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

Our team is looking for innovative minds who want to help shape the future of production and automation with passion and technical know-how.

• Completed technical training in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics or production engineering
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Sound understanding of production processes, automation technology and quality management
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma an advantage
• Good communication skills, business fluent in German and English
• Social skills, well-structured and team-oriented approach

• Management of the process engineering team, including recruitment, training and development of employees
• Development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality and safety
• Coordinate with other departments, including manufacturing, quality assurance and engineering, to achieve production goals
• Identification and implementation of new technologies and procedures to optimize production processes
• Design, project planning, procurement and acceptance of product-specific machines, systems, tools and test equipment
• Participation in the Continues Improvement Process in the form of store floor management and problem solving meetings
• Collaboration on the transition of new operational projects into series production
