The integrated management system (IMS) ensures flawless product quality with advanced measurement technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory. As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

• Completed technical or business education
• Professional experience in quality management
• Assertiveness with a confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
• Knowledge of various quality methods and tools
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

#ChallengeCheck

• Leading a small team
• Quality interface for all project-related quality issues during the product launch at the manufacturing site
• Responsible for internal product and process approval
• Conducting internal audits and supporting customer audits
• Coordination and handling of internal complaints according to the 8D methodology
• Conducting statistical analyses and KPI monitoring
• Coordination of sorting and disposal.
