The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

• Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Instandhaltungsteams Mechanik
• Verantwortung für die Instandhaltungsplanung sowie Organisation und Koordination von Wartungen und Reparaturen
• Sicherstellung der Statusübergabe bei Schichtwechseln und Vertretung des Instandhaltungsleiters und Teamleiters
• Sicherstellung der Statusübergabe bei Schichtwechseln und Vertretung des Instandhaltungsleiters und Teamleiters
• Unterstützung bei TPM-Aufgaben sowie bei der Beschaffung und Koordination externer Serviceleistungen, einschließlich Statusübergabe
• Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Vorbereitung des Monatsmeetings mit der Produktions- und Segmentleitung
