Quality is synonymous with precision and reliability within the company. The integrated management system (IMS) ensures flawless product quality with advanced measurement technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory. As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.
We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

- Completed higher technical education (e.g. engineering, technology or comparable)
- Several years of experience in quality management, ideally with additional knowledge in the automotive sector
- Sound knowledge of Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D methodology and in-depth user knowledge of Q-Core tools
- Experience in working with SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the complaints management team
- Participation in audits and customer visits
- Analysis of root cause analysis and derivation of corrective measures
- Close cooperation with production, development, suppliers and customers for sustainable error prevention
- Reporting of quality indicators for the identification and implementation of improvement measures
