The sales department is the driving force of our company and brings our business forward. The focus is on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and the targeted sale of our customized solutions. As the market leader for individual customer solutions, we ensure that our products reach the right target groups and optimally meet their needs. Our team works to increase sales, acquire new customers, and retain existing customers long-term. In doing so, we rely on a clear sales strategy that strengthens our market position and secures the company's growth.

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to help us exceed our sales targets and further expand our company's success.

• Completed business management training (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, HAK, HLW, FH, university) is an advantage
• A strong ability to organize and successfully implement complex processes
• Strong negotiation skills as well as diplomatic and solution-oriented communication skills
• Interest in technical topics and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas
• Good MS Office skills and ideally SAP experience
• Written and spoken German and English

• Processing customer inquiries and preparing project offers
• Close cooperation with internal departments and collaboration in project teams as sales manager
• Supporting global account management and carrying out activities in the customer B2B portal
• Processing of on-time sample deliveries, contact person in the back office for customers and preparation of sales analyses
