The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

We are looking for dynamic personalities with strategic vision and strong communication skills who want to lead our company's projects to success.

• Completed technical education (HTL/FH/TU) in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics engineering, or manufacturing technology
• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of project management, quality assurance, product or process development
• High level of organizational, methodological, and social skills, as well as business fluent English

• Implementation of specific product orders and close cooperation with the areas of product management, development, process planning, and foreign plants
• Project management responsibility from the concept phase to series production readiness
• Definition and monitoring of project deadlines, costs, and quality targets
