The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

Our team is looking for innovative minds who want to help shape the future of production and automation with passion and technical know-how.

• Completed technical education (HTL/FH/UNI)
• High social and methodological skills, confident communication skills
• Independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to working in a team
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Proficiency in relevant design tools and MS Office programs
• Experience in the development and design of machines and systems
• Experience in control engineering is an advantage

• You enjoy taking the helm, reviewing incoming inquiries, and creating the appropriate machine concepts.
• You enjoy thinking about how tricky processes can be implemented and what this might mean in terms of pricing.
• You enjoy creating clear quotes and defining the costs and implementation in them.
• You are communicative and enjoy liaising with the specialist departments to discuss inquiries, concepts, and quotations/calculations.
• You are also happy to contribute your experience to the products to be manufactured (DFM), identify potential optimizations, and assist in the creation of specifications.
