In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

#SkillCheck

• Business studies, accountant, bookkeeper or practitioner with experience
• At least 4 years of professional experience, specialisation/experience in transfer pricing an advantage
• Ability to work independently, high level of commitment and a proactive, goal-orientated way of working
• Very good MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel) and ERP knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Very good communication skills, both in a team and in dealing with internal and external contacts in German and English

#ChallengeCheck

• Collaboration in monthly and annual financial statements; coordination of forecast and budget activities, as well as consolidation of the Hirschmann Automotive Group
• Independent management and implementation of projects in the area of finance, as well as collaboration in interdisciplinary projects
• Maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing guideline
• Monitoring and support of tax audits in the foreign companies and ensuring compliance in the area of transfer pricing
• Maintenance and monitoring of IC contracts between the companies
• Conducting training sessions and providing management with information relevant to controlling and ad hoc reports.
