The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

• Preparation, adjustment, and release of machines for production
• Inspection of pieces after setup and during production
• Troubleshooting minor machine defects
• Work according to supervisor's instructions
• Continuous operation - 12h shifts (short, long week)

#ChallengeCheck

• Experience in injection molding (Ferromatik, Arburg) is an advantage, not a requirement
• Technical secondary school
• Basic knowledge of PC, independence, reliability, active approach to work
• Possibility of professional growth
• Immediate start
