As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

• Technical degree (HTL, FH, university) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
• Experience in project management, test management, or validation
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and partners
• Very good German and good English skills

• Planning, managing, and coordinating projects in the testing and validation environment throughout the entire product development process
• Responsibility for scheduling, resource allocation, and budget planning for testing and validation activities
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders (departments, customers, suppliers, testing institutes, and validation service providers)
• Monitoring and tracking tests with regard to deadlines, quality, costs, and project progress
• Serving as the central point of contact for all test-related issues within projects as well as preparing status reports and presenting project progress to customers and stakeholders
