The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

- University degree in IT
- Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Experience in a production environment with systems (MES, ERP) and other digital shop floor systems
- Understanding of operational processes (Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering)
- Knowledge of IT business processes – interconnection between operational processes and IT business
- Understanding of collected data and its application to operational processes
- Efficient communication with various operational levels
- Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly changing environment
- Analytical thinker

- Serves as a strategic and operational liaison between operational departments and the operational digital transformation team/expert. The primary goal is to ensure the stability, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital operational systems and applications at the plant level.
- Point of contact for all requests related to digitalization and operational systems, ensuring daily operations run according to requirements.
- Support for resolving system issues and minimizing downtime.
- Responsible for translating the BSI (Business System Integration) team’s requirements into technical specifications at the local level and vice versa.
- Coordinating local testing, managing the implementation of new features, and leading local launch projects.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for system usage, identifying non-compliant processes, and suggesting optimizations to increase efficiency.
- Organizing professional training sessions to ensure high user proficiency and system acceptance among shop floor staff.
- Collecting, structuring, and communicating user feedback to HQ teams to drive future system improvements.
