The team specializes in toolmaking, where high-precision tools are manufactured and are essential for the mass production of workpieces. Our experts use CAD software and other technical tools to develop and design tools and molds that form the basis for high-quality products.

• Technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikationen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Werkzeugmanagement, speziell Kunststoffspritzguss
• Fähigkeiten zur Führung eines technischen oder projektbezogenen Teams
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Jira, TEC, PLC, Cennit & MS Office 365
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Werkzeugtechnik, Projektmanagementmethoden & Fertigungsprozessen

• Technische und organisatorische Leitung eines motivierten IMM-Teams
• Verantwortung für die Beschaffung und Entwicklung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Qualität und Kosten
• Bewertung und Steuerung technischer Konzepte mit CAD, Moldflow und Designanalysen (2D/3D)
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen wie Einkauf, QS und Produktentwicklung sowie Auswahl technischer Lieferanten
• Nutzung digitaler Tools (SAP, Jira, TEC, PLC, Cennit) zur Projektsteuerung, Dokumentation und Prozessverbesserung
