• Technician specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics (university, university of applied sciences, technical college, etc.), or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong organizational, methodological, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

#ChallengeCheck

• Development, design, and continuous optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes in the automotive sector
• Selection, evaluation, and implementation of suitable manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment
• Industrialization of new products from the concept phase through to stable series production
• Coordinating the planning, execution, and evaluation of trials, tests, and process validations with subject matter experts
• Creating, maintaining, and approving relevant process and manufacturing documentation
• Working closely with the project team, global production sites, and external suppliers
• Analyzing production issues, identifying process deviations, and defining and implementing sustainable corrective actions
