The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

We are looking for dynamic personalities with strategic vision and strong communication skills who want to lead our company's projects to success.

#SkillCheck

• Completed commercial and/or technical education (specialization in industrial engineering, business administration, or similar advantageous)
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel
• Good German and English language skills
• Technically interested, independent and structured
• Career changer with an affinity for numbers are welcome

#ChallengeCheck

• Pre-production controlling including cost comparison and analysis of deviations
• Initiation and monitoring of adjustments to achieve the offer standards
• Implementation of SAP calculations, editing of calculative master data and reviewing calculation results
• Economic evaluation of potential savings and optimization projects
• Close collaboration with project management, toolmaking, finance, and purchasing departments
