Completed technical or commercial vocational training, with further qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician, Bachelor, or Master
Several years of leadership experience, preferably in a production environment
Negotiation-level English proficiency
Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and excellent MS Office skills
Structured, independent working style with strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a pronounced sense of responsibility

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Order Fulfillment and Materials Handling departments
Responsibility for the strategic further development as well as the detailed operational planning of logistics within the company
Analysis and assurance of delivery reliability, as well as the initiation and implementation of corresponding improvement projects
Continuous optimization of existing logistics processes and workflows
Ensuring, monitoring, and continuously improving logistics key performance indicators
Targeted promotion and development of employees, as well as the expansion of relevant competencies
Analysis of inventory status and derivation of appropriate measures for inventory optimization
Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and further development of all operational and strategic logistics processes
Responsibility for transport planning and efficient warehouse management
Planning, monitoring, and control of the cost center budget
Ensuring the timely provision of materials and reliable customer delivery through targeted team leadership
