Product and Process Development focuses on innovation and technical excellence. The team is dedicated to developing individual, technically complex solutions for the automotive industry and the field of micromobility, thus helping to shape the mobility of tomorrow. Managed from HQ, global processes are set up and implemented to drive innovation.

We are looking for creative minds willing to push the boundaries of what is possible and help shape the future of product and process development.

#SkillCheck

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university)
• Knowledge of plastics, mechanical or electrical engineering
• CAD skills (preferably CATIA V5)
• Creative and innovative team player
• High social and methodological competence as well as communication skills
• We require written and spoken English and organizational skills

#ChallengeCheck

• Development of connectors and cable harnesses, from the creative idea to the innovative series product
• Design and concept coordination directly with our customers
• Design using CAD (CATIA V5) and support of the entire development process in project teams
• Responsibility for the component function in a demanding automotive environment
