• Coordination of training and awareness process regarding employee protection in terms of occupational health and safety, emergency situations, civil protection, and environmental protection
• Proposing the duties and responsibilities in the field of occupational health and safety that fall to workers, according to the functions performed, which are recorded in the job description, with the employer's approval.
• Monitoring and contributing to the updating of the warning plan, the protection and prevention plan, and the evacuation plan
• Ensuring the preparation of an action plan in case of serious and imminent danger, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 101-107, and ensuring that all workers are trained to apply it in accordance with NM of 2006 of Law 319/2006
• Highlighting high-risk and specific areas provided for in Articles 101-107 in accordance with NM of 2006 of Law 319/2006
• Conducting audits and creating reports on the organisation of health and safety at work, emergency situations, civil protection and environmental protection within the organisation
• Promoting awareness throughout the organization of the need to meet legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety, emergency situations, civil protection, and environmental protection.
