In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

We are looking for committed employees who can strengthen our team with their expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Controlling-Erfahrung, bevorzugt in der Industrie
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Ausgeprägte Team-, Kommunikations- und IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Office, Excel)
• Selbständige, präzise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Zielorientierung
• SAP-Kenntnisse (CO-PA, CO-CC, CO-OM), SAP BW von Vorteil; sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

• Verantwortung für fristgerechte Controllingabschlüsse und Reporting übernehmen
• Eigenständige Leitung von Finanzprojekten und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
• Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung von Controllingstandards und Prozessen
• Verantwortung für die Forecast- und Budgetprozesse der Gruppe
• Disziplinarische Führung der Abteilungen Group Controlling und Cost Accounting
