The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

- Completed commercial and/or technical studies (specializing in industrial engineering, business administration, process management or similar)
- SAP user knowledge and confident handling of MS Excel
- Flexible, team-oriented and resilient personality who enjoys working in teams
- Communicative, confident and assertive manner
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- German and English spoken and written

- Project costing, starting with the initial costing through to the start of project implementation
- Discussion of the technical Hirschmann Automotive products and economic evaluation of optimization measures
- Interface function to the areas of development, purchasing, process development, toolmaking and account management
- Preparation of cost disclosures for the customer and plausibility checks on a case-by-case basis via telephone conference or on site
