• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität)
• Kenntnisse in Kunststoff-, Maschinenbau- oder Elektrotechnik
• CAD-Kenntnisse (vorzugsweise CATIA V5)
• Kreativer und innovativer Teamplayer
• Hohe Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz sowie Kommunikationssicherheit
• Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten setzen wir voraus

• Entwicklung von Steckverbindungen und Leitungssätzen, von der kreativen Idee bis zum innovativen Serienprodukt
• Design- und Konzeptabstimmung direkt mit unseren Kunden
• Konstruktion mittels CAD (CATIA V5) und Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses in Projektteams
• Verantwortung für die Bauteilfunktion im anspruchsvollen Automotiven Umfeld
