#ChallengeCheck

• Ensures the correct transfer of parts from pre-series production (zero series) to series production.
• Direct contact person between the production area and the logistics department.
• Responsible together with PCM logistics for the transfer of items from pre-series production to series production
• Responsible for the planning and execution time of the first series production batches.
• Participate in 3P workshops together with the project teams.
• Clarifies the need for raw material together with the project team, for the parts to be transferred from the SPP (series production)
• Check MRP planning, Cross company parameters, logistics release.
