#ChallengeCheck

  • Coordination of the project phase activities of APQP Quality Engineers on the implementation and maintenance of quality management processes and for internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and reporting performance (KPIs) on the quality side of new or modified projects and ensuring their successful implementation in terms of quality.
  • Coordination of audits or customer visits for projects in the area of responsibility
  • Ensure communication with customers on projects to define, understand and implement all customer requirements for new or modified products
  • Ensure handling of customer complaints and resolution of potential problems
  • Collaborate with all organizational structures of the organization according to the ongoing activities and projects to orient the organization towards continuous improvement
  • Allocating staff resources in accordance with current requirements and anticipated changes and coordinating training needs within sub departments.
  • Assessing and motivating departmental team members for continuous staff and departmental development.
