- Completed training (HTL/FH/TU) in the field of mechanical engineering, electromobility, plastics or production engineering
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and intercultural competence are required
- Business management, commercial knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset are an advantage
- Business fluent in English

- Support in the global planning, coordination, marketing and management of the high-voltage connector product group
- Introduction of new products and further development of existing products
- Carrying out market, competition and potential analyses as well as deriving and initiating internal projects
- Planning the product launch in collaboration with Marketing
- Participation in trade fairs and events in connection with product launches
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information to the global sales department
- Supervision of product life cycle management for standard HV products
