• High school or university degree in a technical field
• Knowledge of quality management system according to standard Automotive standards (IATF,VDA )
• Knowledge of quality management and improvement tools and methods ( 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5WHY, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Office

• Ensuring and adhering to specific customer requirements in the project phase, during changes in series production, product changes or production relocation and, where applicable, in series
• Planning, coordination and implementation of the sampling process in accordance with EMPB/ PPAP standards
• Responsibility for meeting specific product attributes and ensuring processes for checking that they are met
• Decision making on the production process and internal product release
