• Planning, realization, maintenance and improvement of the integrated management system in accordance with the standards in which the company is certified ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000
• Planning and scheduling internal audits, coordinating and preparing reports, verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions, participating in reviews to establish the effectiveness of the environmental system, ensuring document control according to the Hirscmann Automotive business model.
• Training the organization's personnel as needed: Introductory training for new employees, General departmental training, Specific departmental training. Managing, creating and updating training materials.
• Collaborate with all organizational structures of the organization according to the ongoing activities and projects to orient the organization towards continuous improvement.
• Active participation in the company's improvement projects, Initiating workshops or other work sites aimed at knowing or improving the quality system of the factory.
• Ensuring compliance with the rules applicable within Hirschmann Automotive TM and Hirschmann Group, legislative rules, legal regulations.
