#ChallengeCheck

  • Improving existing systems in accordance with customer needs and Hirschmann standards to maximize the functionality and utility of the selected IT systems;
  • Monitoring weekly reports on the status of system functionality management and the actions taken to correct, resolve, or improve the systems, and to develop improvements and standards;
  • Documenting and creating procedures for each available IT system to standardize best practices or to describe IT processes in detail;
  • Maintaining direct contact with the IT department at HQ to manage any Hirschmann IT system standards with the aim of achieving a global standard at the local level for IT systems and services;
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner, without delays, in accordance with client requirements, and keeping the client continuously informed of the results and/or available solutions;
  • Manage users based on their assigned roles in ECC, ME, EWM, Business Warehouse, and IBP;
  • Monitor core activities of SAP and EDI systems;
  • Issue, update, and, where applicable, approve procedures and work instructions for the processes under your responsibility, as outlined in the job description.
